Transparent Windows

Τα σεμινάρια με τίτλο "Trasparent Windows" ξεκίνησαν με τη μορφή της λέσχης βιβλίου το 2007 από τους προπτυχιακούς φοιτητές του Τμήματος Αγγλικής Γλώσσας και Φιλολογίας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης με την υποστήριξη του ΕΚΕΒΙ (Εθνικό Κέντρο Βιβλίου). Τα σεμινάρια “Transparent Windows” όπως υποδηλώνει και o τίτλος τους, επιχειρούν να διευρύνουν τους ορίζοντες των φοιτητριών/τών και να ενισχύσουν τη δημιουργικότητά τους μέσα από την ενασχόλησή τους με διάφορες «κειμενικές» μορφές όπως αυτές προκύπτουν από την αγγλόφωνη λογοτεχνική/καλλιτεχνική παραγωγή.

Από το 2012, τα "Transparent Windows" έχουν εξελιχθεί σε μια σειρά δημιουργικών σεμιναρίων που φιλοξενούν ερευνήτριες/τές, καλλιτέχνες, συγγραφείς και υποψήφιες/ους διδακτόρισσες/διδάκτορες από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Έμφαση τώρα δίνεται στη διεπιστημονική προσέγγιση μιας σειράς θεμάτων και στην πρακτική δημιουργική εξάσκηση. Τα σεμινάρια "Transparent Windows" διεξάγονται σήμερα διαδικτυακά, ώστε να διευκολύνεται η προσβασιμότητα και η συμμετοχή tτης ευρύτερης φοιτητικής/ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας, το ευρύ κοινό της Θεσσαλονίκης και όχι μόνο.
