Men only from all
villages of Bumburet valley make cheese and take
it to the sanctuary, a stone wall with four wooden horse
heads on top. Then they all pray aloud. After purifying
the place with juniper branch fire, a man sprinkles milk
and flour on the fire and horse heads while the rest of
the men kneel and pray. Then, all men and boys are
offered the cheese (made by men only the previous
night). The women and girls are given this cheese in the
village, as they are not allowed to approach any
sanctuary apart from Jes'tak Han.
