The ceremony when a 4-7 year-old boy or girl is dressed the Kalasha costume for the first time by the maternal uncles.
From that day on, the sambiala child belongs to
the Kalasha community. On that day, large pots are
donated to the godfathers and a big feast with
t'at'ori ‘walnut bread’, goat meat soup with
purified butter and boiled meat is offered to honor
them. The celebration finishes with the sambiala
children’s dancing.
