Title: Call for Applications for Participation in a Study Program in Cooperation with Foreign Universities for the Spring Semester 2027

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) offers its students the opportunity to participate as exchange students in study programs during the Spring Semester 2027, in cooperation with the following foreign universities, within the framework of Scientific Cooperation and Student Exchange Agreements:

Application deadline: September 11, 2026, 23:30 p.m.

Eligibility requirements:

• Undergraduate students must have completed at least their 4th semester of study.
• Graduate students must have completed at least their 1st semester of study.
• The total duration of study may not exceed:
• n+2 years beyond the prescribed duration of study for undergraduate students.
• n+1 year beyond the prescribed duration of study for graduate students.
• A very good knowledge of the English language is essential. Most universities abroad require a TOEFL or IELTS certificate from the last two years. Interested students can check the supporting documents that will be requested on the website of each university.
• Knowledge of the language of the respective country (Korean or Chinese) will be taken into consideration.

Application procedure:

• Each candidate may apply for up to two (2) universities, ranked in order of preference.
• A separate application must be submitted for each university.

Selection procedure:

The Committee for International Relations will select the most suitable candidates for each university. Selection will be based on an evaluation algorithm that takes into account:

• Overall academic grade/average
• Number of ECTS credits successfully completed up to the current semester
• Language proficiency

Financial support:

• Due to the academic cooperation agreements between AUTh and the partner universities, selected students are exempt from tuition fees.
• However, students are responsible for covering their own:
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation
• Food/living expenses
• Medical and health insurance
