The Center of Lithuanian Studies and Foreign Languages at Klaipeda University (Lithuania, Europe) is excited to invite your students, lecturers, and researchers to participate in our upcoming Lithuanian Language and Culture Summer Academy 2025! This enriching experience offers online and in-person learning options, providing a unique opportunity to dive into Lithuanian language and culture while enjoying the beautiful coastal city of Klaipėda.

Program Details:
Dates: July 4 – August 2, 2025
Mode: Online or In-Person (Klaipėda, Lithuania)

Courses Offered:
- Foundation Course (funded by the Education Exchanges Support Foundation)  
- Course for Everyone

Scholarships Available:
- Win a 910 EUR Scholarship for the contact course.
- Funding available for students, lecturers, researchers, and individuals of Lithuanian origin abroad.
- Special discounts for non-scholarship participants.

Application Deadlines:
- State-Funded Course: April 18, 2025 (23:59)
- Other Participants: July 2, 2025

Additional Points in Application Evaluation: Applicants may receive extra points if they:
-  Apply for the first time (+4 points)
- Study Lithuanian language, history, and culture in their home country (formally or informally) with confirmation attached (+2 points)
- Are citizens of Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Japan, the United States of America, Kazakhstan, China (People's Republic of China and Taiwan), Moldova, New Zealand, South Korea, Georgia, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan (+1 point)
