Registration

Registration includes attendance of all sessions, conference pack, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks with light bites, welcome reception.

Students of the School of English of Aristotle University must register
in office 306C on Fridays 11:00-13:00 starting from Friday March 28th

 

For reasons that have to do with bank red tape, unfortunately, you cannot pay your registration fee online. We regret any inconvenience this might cause but since we are running out of time, especially for early registration, we kindly ask you to pay your registration fee according to the guidelines below:

  1. If you pay the registration fee on your own we only need your full name. A receipt will be given to you (during the Symposium) issued to your name.
  2. For Greek participants whose registration is paid by a company or university we need the name of the company, business activity or the name of the university, address, ΑΦΜ, ΔΟΥ. An invoice will be given to you (during the Symposium) issued to the name of the company or the university.
  3. For foreign participants whose registration is paid by a company or university we need the name of the company or the name of the university, address, V.A.T. number. N.B. Your V.A.T. number must be valid as it will be verified by the VIES system:
    (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatResponse.html) An invoice will be given to you (during the Symposium) issued to the name of the company or the university.

All participants who have paid their registration fee must send us via e-mail (ftl@enl.auth.gr) or fax (+30 2310 997432, c/o Angeliki Athanasiadou) a copy of their bank receipt.
