This course focuses on the exploration of certain primary sources (case studies) by contemporary North American literary practitioners with emphasis placed on alternative/experimental approaches to print and digital literary textual creation. The study of all primary texts will be paired with certain theoretical texts by an array of scholars such as Linda Hutcheon, Brian McHale, Jessica Pressman, Marie-Laure Ryan, Jason Farman and others.
